1.   These competitions are open to all residents of The United States of America ages 18 and over residing in the states in which skill games are allowed by law.  For a list of states which do not permit skill games click here. AutoLux LLC employees or members of their immediate family, agents or any other person who is connected with the creation or administration of these Tournaments are not eligible to participate.

2.   AutoLux does not offer refunds. Ensuring the compatibility of your hardware and software with our system requirements is solely the responsibility of the participant. We have established an area where our users can practice and test the compatibility of their system at no charge. We urge you to use this free service and to read our FAQs and terms and conditions carefully.

3.   All sales are final.
